Eddie Main has been a cornerstone of the Minnesota construction scene since he was 13 years old. His deep-rooted commitment to the community is reflected in the integrity, honesty, and superior craftsmanship that define every project undertaken by Chismar Construction. Together with the team, Eddie has been instrumental in fostering a business environment founded on transparency and exceptional service.

For over eight years, Courtney Main has been the driving force behind Chismar Construction’s operational excellence. As the production manager, her meticulous oversight of the roofing process, from initial inspections to final quality checks, ensures unparalleled service delivery. Despite juggling a hectic schedule, she finds solace in biking, fishing, and making memories with her family, embodying the company’s commitment to balance and community. 

CEO Jason Johnson stands as a pillar of Chismar Construction’s enduring legacy of trust and integrity. Leading the daily operations, Jason empowers the team to meet and exceed client expectations consistently. He is a firm believer in treating each client with the utmost respect and diligence, much as he would regard his own family.

Through his comprehensive oversight from estimations to project management, Jason aims to safeguard clients’ investments and ensure their utmost peace of mind.

Troy Peeples, originally from Minneapolis and raised in Brooklyn Park, is a dedicated professional with a diverse background.

After attending Park Center High School and North Hennepin Community College for management courses, Troy embarked on a successful career journey. Starting in 1996 as a driver at US Foods, he achieved notable milestones such as the Million Mile Award and the 25+ Years of Safe Driving Award.

Driven by a passion for home inspection, Troy pursued training at the American Home Inspectors Training institute and eventually founded Woodland Home Services, where he meticulously inspected numerous homes. In 2024, seeking new opportunities, Troy transitioned to Chismar Construction, where he now leads the sales department with his expertise and leadership.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Troy finds joy in his family life with his wife Paula, whom he has shared nearly 30 years of marriage with. Together, they are proud parents to two daughters, Savannah and Morgan. Troy’s journey reflects his commitment to excellence and continuous growth in both his personal and professional spheres.
